I thought it was a great bargain

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I lived in the Pickwick in a ground floor 1 bedroom appartment that had an outside rosebush. The apartment was large and well maintained. A small dryer and washing machine were very useful. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. It was convenient to a grocery store, car repair place. Parking was adequate.
