This place seems nice.
But is not.
It has all jewish residents.
I feel like they pick and choose their residents.
My brother in law visited the property (he is not jewish) and they said they were on long waiting list.
My freind (jewish) came in right after my brother in law and was signed right up for an apartment.
I can't stand to see all the trash laying around on trash day.
There are no dumpsters on the propety.
The trash is all over the property.
Looks awful! I have seen mice in my apt.
I have to get rid of them myself.
The office would take too long and I don't like mice inside the apt.
The pool is awful.
Don't go there! The walls are this and you can hear everthing.

Lisa, is that you posting another anonymous review about mice? Your anti-semitic review is appalling. There are a lot of Jews in the community because it is in a Jewish neighborhood. The waiting list is because they don't charge as much as they could for rent. This is because the property manager, who is not Jewish but is an honest Christian does not rip people off. There is a dumpster by the pool that I doubt you ever went to. Yes the pool is awful, but that is a minor negative about the Pickwick.

I live here and I'm African American. I have no problems here. However, I did have a mice problem but it was resolved ny maintenance the very same hour. I feel safe, and the staff here is nice.

Hmm, waiting list for your non-Jewish friend but Jews don't have a waiting list? Then why was I told when I was looking last year that they weren't even adding names to their waiting list until they shortened it and moved some people on the list into apartments, and I'm very obviously an Orthodox ---?

Yea, Ha! I'm Orthodox Jewish - quite obviously so - and we were told nothing was available and we could be put on a waiting list. But, you can always find a reason to be anti-semitic, can't you?...

Since nobody even asked if I was Jewish (obviously not Orthodox, but...)and I only had to wait 3 months for my 1-bedroom apartment, I'm not sure what you're getting at. Their policies seem very fair to me.
