Pros: VERY safe, very quiet neighborhood.
Reasonable rent.
Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly, usually in the same day.
The apartments are spacious, have great closet space and all the perks like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc., and you can walk to the grocery store! And also it has the best water pressure in a shower I've ever had.
Cons: Not well insulated; heating and cooling is very uneven and doesn't work very well, as a result I always have very high utility bills (and I keep the heat at 68 and the a/c at 72 ALWAYS).
Parking is ok until about 7 or 8...after that it is really hard to get parking anywhere near your building.

I agree with everything this poster said. My energy usage was always high. Of course I didn't have to pay for water. The parking situation actually depends on where you are. My place never had parking problems except for a few days during a snowstorm when people from outside the community chose to illegally park in my area.
