I found this site as I was looking for a new apartment in another city. Not knowing if I could trust the reviews, I decided to look at reviews for Pierside since I lived there last year. Based upon what I have read, I think I can trust the reviews as I look for a new apartment.
Pierside looks great, at first. You might think at first that you have entered a luxuary apartment. Unfortunately that impression disappears after you move in and see how poorly the building is constucted.
Pray that you like your neighbor's taste in music and TV because you are going to hear it through the paper thin walls. Hope that the person above you spends most of his/her time away from home because you will hear every footstep. Do not count on sleeping much in the morning because construction next to Pierside will awaken you every morning (even on the weekends).
Management seems like they try to do a good job, but only after you raise a fuss.
The location is OK, but you are not IN Federal Hill, so you will have to walk about a quarter mile to get to the closest restaurant.
Parking is a pain. The street has 24 hour meters, and there is no on site parking for visitors.
Hey- there are alot of better places to live in Baltimore for the money you are spending at Pierside. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
