Approximately 3 years ago I moved to Baltimore from Florida and I moved into Pierside Apartments. I wouldn't think of living any other place. This complex has everything I could have asked for. The maintenance crew is effective and efficient. When any work is needed, it is done in a timely fashion. Management does a wonderful job overseeing the needs of the people and makes clear that they are there for our needs.
Security is fantastic, there are cameras all over the community. I honestly feel this place is more safe than a Russian Embassy.
I highly reccommend this community for anyone who wants to enjoy life, an amazing waterfront view and feel secure in your daily activties. I personally, can not see me living anywhere else.
