I have lived in PierSide for 2 years now and so far it has been a great experience.
I was surprised when I read the negatives on this site because I have not had any problems. No problems with The maintence, leasing office or front desk.
I also never heard my neighbors or smelled anything coming through my doors.
I can also say that my fellow residents seem happy too.
I think those negatives came from constant complainers who will never be happy.
