This building should really be condemed; it has the worst construction that I have ever seen, my girl friend is the one that actually rents this place and I have been staying here most of the last 2 years (for convenience to work ). I here they are now selling them as condos...Man I sure hope that these buyer know exactly what they are buying, JUNK ! This is terrible to say but its the truth ! Looks good on the outside but very shoddy construction, and get this, Im no builder, but when things are constantly falling apart on you, what are you to do, door knobs, walls, door frames are loosening, spikets are leaky, you can here everyone in the next apartment, smoke is smelled in the summer when the air is turned on and creeps under the doors...Baltimore is perhaps the best city I have lived in, I plan on staying here permanently but not here and this is the last year for my GF and....a word of advice..find yourself a place in Federal Hill or Canton, preferably one of the federal homes (the normal one) They're the best, construction is from 100 yrs ago and they are still standing...This place will be bulldozed in 10-15 years unless high winds take it out to the bay ! DONE !
