My unit has been leaking since nearly day one. John Carter, claims to be an Operations Manager, is a pathetic excuse for a supposed manager. Blatantly lies to residents that things are being repaired, yet my ceiling is leaking in 8, thats right 8 different places. There is damage to the carpet, the ceiling, the walls, holes in the ceiling, mold in the ventilation...and nobody at Harborview does a thing...going on for over a year now. Live in tent before moving here.
