To save you time from reading rest of it: In summary, anything that Bozzuto manages is crap. Now read on.....
The maintenance staff (Steve & Brian) are great and the location is great.
Other than that this place has nothing to offer for the amount of rent. It is definitely not a luxury apartment as they claim, it just happens to be in a great location. Ugly carpeting and mediocre fittings. Construction (which I guess will continue for sometime) is all around the place, your place will collect dust in just one day even if you keep all the windows shut all the time.
Great, if you can negotiate the 1 Bedroom for $1100 and the 2 bedroom for $1400. Otherwise, I highly recommend checking out some of the row houses nearby. You can always get a gym membership for $50-75. Also, don't fall for the pool on the terrace, it is slightly bigger than a hot tub and it is only open for limited hours during summer months. Should not be the reasons to choose this place.
Plus, parking is $150 and storage is $50 per month, in addition to an already exorbitant rent. If you park on the street your car will be broken into. Heard this happen to many people.
