This apartment has been great! The garden and patio behind the building really feels like you are away from the city.
The building itself is usually quiet, although there is a lot of street noise that filters in. Tenets are mostly graduate students and young adults.
The building itself is very well maintained and beautifully decorated. It has a very upscale feel.
I have 2 complaints. 1) The electicity bills are outrageously high. I am really careful about how much electricity I use and I still pay $70 a month for a one bedroom. 2) There is no parking deck for the building. This is not a problem for me, since I use the UB deck, but if you don't have access to a deck you are out of luck.
