The apartments are beautiful, but the management is the worst. They are disrespectful, unprofessional and plain rude. The woman in charge could not care less about the tenants of the building. She treats us as if we are a burden to her. I love the building and I love my apartment, however, if I could do it over I would live someplace else. It's just not worth dealing with a bunch of inbred hicks.

I agree. I've lived in QAB for a year and management has gone from bad to worse. Prior to this new management company all you had to deal with was lack of staffing. Now on top of that you are dealing with a company who is only interested in your money. They charge exorbinant fees for lock outs and increase rent on a yearly basis. The building has begun to fall apart also. The walls in the common areas are in grave disrepair and have been so for over 6 months. Staff routinly enters apartments without any warning or any permission and arbitrarily change QAB policies without informing the tenants. PLEASE STAY AWAY! Even with it's proximity to University of Baltimore and MICA, QAB isn't worth it! RUN AWAY! RUN AWAY!
