At first I was happy. It was a beautiful building, everything was well maintained and well decorated. THEN I met the office staff. Every other review is dead on about the staff. It seems as if the building owner recruited drop outs from anger managment class. Surly, unhelpful and down right mean. I hate to say it, but as bad as the previous management was, this team is FAR worse. Under the new management the building has begun to fall apart, maintainence calls are routinely ignored, and charges are regularly increased. Additionally, there is no parking and if you have pets, be hyper aware of the problems with your apartment BEFORE you get the pets b/c this management team will charge you for everything, even basic wear and tear.
Save yourself the headache and find a better place to live. I hear there is a nice refridgerator box on the corner of preston and biddle that has some openings........
