If you're looking for a nice size apartment for a resonable price, you'll get that. However, if you're looking for someone to follow up on your needs or assist in maintenance, I'd look elsewhere. In my time at QAB, I think I dealt with at least 4 office managers. Everytime I would talk to one, a week later, they would leave.

The person who sells you the apartment and promises you this and that, is most likely to be gone a month after you move in and than the owner refuses to honor anything that was discussed. If there's a maintenance issue that will affect the apartment, the owner will ask you to help him out. However, if it's something minor that only affects the way you live and not him, don't expect them to fix it.

The headaches of dealing with the company are not worth the apartments. There are several other properties in the area that are reasonably cost and take care of you, like Southern Management. Rent at your own risk
