I have lived here for quite a few years, and I was very happy when I first moved in. However, there was a time period where management left a little to be desired and the owners were absent, but that has all changed. Before I left, management stepped up their game. This building really cares about there tenants, and that includes the owner who is here on a regular basis. The building is so well kept, and the apartments are great. I honestly would say you get more than what you pay for. I would reccomment this community to anyone who wants to live in the area.

On top of being a great building, the neighborhood has really improved too. There are a lot of new shops and places to eat going up. I only left the building because I got job out of the area.
