Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I have lived here for two years. My first year was almost unbearable because it did not appear that management cared about the tenants or the property. Then they brought in a new manager. At first I had my doubts about her too. However, during this past year she has really proven herself. It appears that she has an active interest in the property as well as the tenants. Maintenance is not 100%, but it is better than before. The grounds always look nice except on Vincent Lane. Don't get me wrong, it's not as bad as it used to be, but it could be better. The manager is always out on the property inspecting the property. I've also noticed that we have security back in force at night. Overall, I would rate this
