We were lied to about the proximity of the train tracks ans above-ground subway (they are about 100 ft outside our windows and run at all hours of the day and night). We still have maintenance requests put in when we first moved (nine months ago!), which we repeatedly call about but they never come. Also there is a huge sound problem with this building and while there are provisions in the lease stating that rugs should be put down to muffle the sound it is not enforced and I have been unable to get a night's sleep without disruption since I moved here. Stay away!
