Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Repairs requested multiple times in October (at move-in) have not been taken care of as of July.

Neighborhood can be noisy -- loud music in apartments and in cars driving by. Walls are thin -- can hear kids bouncing around next door.

No decent restaurants or shops nearby. Decent price for the size of the apartments, but overall, I would not recommend it.
