I was a current resident of Reistertown Square for 3 years and I must say it has been the worse living experience in my life. You may ask, Why the Hell did I stay for so long! The number one reason is the location. It was accesible to 695 because I was currently attending Towson University.

From the moment that I moved in it was nothing but problems. Mice small and big, bats..yes bats!and all sorts of creepy crawlers that visit you at night. The walls were super thin,so you might as well invite your neighbor over to engage in your conversation.One of the most irritating things that I faced while living there was that I had a loud and obnoxious neighbor who thought that her home was a club/bar. All of the neighbors constantly complained about her and nothing was done. All that was said we will send her a thirty day notice to comply. Whatever!

Now let's talk about maintenance. Each maintenace person is assigned 100 units. From what I seen there were only two aintenance guys that I knew of that did all of the work while the others were engaging in extracurricular activities while they were on the clock. My roof caved in during the raining season and it took them 6 months to fix that. My bathroom wall was knocked out while I was on vacation, and my tires have been slashed twice. There are 11 apartments in each building and between 2 buldings we had to share 2 washers and 2 dryers. I had to constantly remember to wash my clothes late at night or during the day.

I also do not want to forget the most undesirable and nasty part is that teenagers and adults were having sex in the laundry room and the workout room, and parents allowed their kids to play in and out of the buildings. To all who are reading these reviews, please do not move here, it will be nothing but "Hell Island" for you from the moment you sign that lease. convenience of the area.
