i have never taken the time to write a review on anything before, but this place is the worst. I could write a book on it. I live here for 5 months before breaking the least and runnig for my life. Have you seen the movie "Ben", well that is as close as I can come to discribing the mice infestation of this apartment. Ghetto hood mice is what we called them. They were there first and they were not leaving, i felt as if i was invading their space. I also was robbed and forced into my apartment at gun point by two guys that assumed i was alone, which in short ended in gun fire. The apartment managment never showed any concern about my well being nor did they even inquire about the whole incident. They refused to change the locks on my apartment doors after i explained to them that the robbers stole my keys. But was kind enough to inform me if i wanted them changed i could go to home depo and buy a new lock and change them my self. If that is not enough to scare you away, My refrigerator never worked. They would not repair or replace. My apartment had a power surge which destroyed and ruined two televisions, a stereo and a microwave that the said they were not responsible for.

I totally agree with the tenant, and who ever said they never heard of it happening does not mean that it didn't happen to her. Just know that it is capiable of happening because this is the hood. So stop acting like you live in Beverly Hills.

WOW, ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT BY THE GRACE OF GOD THAT LEAD ME TO THIS SITE, I WAS PLANNING ON MOVING TO THESE APTS, BUT AFTER READING THE REVIEWS I KNOW THIS IS NOT THE PLACE I WANT TO BE, I WORK IN A VERY HIGH STRESS JOB, AND I AM IN COURT ALMSOT EVERY DAY, AND SOME DAYS I MAY STAY LATE AT MY OFFICE, AND THE LAST THING I NEED, IS TO FEAR TURNING MY BACK, FOR THE FEAR OF HAVING A GUN IN MY FACE, EVEN THOU WITH THESE TIMES, IT CAN HAPPEN ANY WHERE, AND THE MICE, LAWD, I CAN SEE ME CALLING 911 IF I SEE A MICE, THESE APTS, CERTAINLY LOOKS GOOD, FROM AN OUTSIDE VIEW, THANKS FOR SHARING.

Not being a resident of Baltimore but was there in the city for quite some time (college & grad school) I lived at this complex for 4 years after school and left in mid 2007. I was single and didn't have a car, I was stalked by men who used the complex as a shortcut to some blue collar store they worked at at the Plaza. The Leasing Office could care less. I ended up getting a restraining order in District Court-against a total stranger because the judge felt my safety was in danger. Before that someone told me a tenant was raped behind a washing machine in the laundry room of their building. Mice were disgusting and everywhere. They were bold they would climb on my sofa while I was watching t.v., didn't matter how much I cleaned (bleach, Ajax) or rented that rug doctor for my area rug and I was on the 3rd floor they were relentless. I finally finally was fed up when the bathtub fell apart, I had to complain to the City Inspector (baltimore city government worker) you know how much progress that was...i had went month to month and move closer to the DC metro area where my family is. The only reason why i stayed initially was that it was cheap and I could travel and visit my friends in other states. It was inexpensive for a reason = not safe. Yes, I am black, but educated and well traveled. I was horrified as to the way Baltimore City residents conduct themselves, just unscrupulous.
