In the winter there is never hot running water.AT LEAST ONCE A DAY THE WATER IS ICE COLD. There is never a placed to park but if you park in spot for to long they will tow your car. Maintance issues are never fixed. I went 2 months without a working stove. I have mice in my appt, that they can't seen to get rid of. The have a club house with a fitness that has never been opened for the whole 3 years I have been living here. The pool was open last year but not the year before that.The rent goes up every year. If you are late paying your rent, they post an invoice on the glass window next to the door where everyone can see it.

it looks like thats life there . people not paying there rent, and stupid people not keeping there apartments clean . they do have the fitness room open and clubhouse as well since january. it actually aint all that bad anymore
