This apartment complet was my home back in 1978. The street noise was terrible! Loch Raven and Joppa Road is a busy intersection. Unfortunately the apartments could do nothing for the noise.

Also, they could do nothing for the Raleigh bicycle that was stolen from me in the basement. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
