Have been living here for about a year now. I cannot renew my lease since I work in DC so have no choice. I loved living here: very clean apartments, entirely remodeled, nice carpet, no mice, no roaches... the only problem I found was the bathroom. I think what they did is paint old walls old bathtub without paying attention to details. Result: the paint in my bathtub progressively came out until it finally got ugly and the management asked me a bunch of questions about the products I used to clean it without doing much to fix it... besides that, I was a pretty satisfied tenant. I recommend the Renaissance Club apts.

I agree with your review. I currently live there myself and the bathroom tile, tub are coated with some substance that chips off periodically and you have to call them to fix it...but so far so good
