This place offers a no pet policy, not even a cat to combat the mice that run rampant amoung throughout the units. They climb on counter tops, mice feces in the closets. It's ridiculous that you can't even have a cat. But they have no problem upping the rent making you pay more, just so the owner who lives in the county in his big white house and get rich.

I TRULY ENJOYED LIVING THERE, HOWEVER THE RENT WAS RAISED $100 EACH YEAR I WAS THERE. WHEN I MOVED IN I WAS PAYING $546; WHEN I MOVED I WAS PAYING $975. WHEN I WENT TO MS. MELVINA HARRINGTON TO ASK ABOUT PURCHASING THE TOWNHOME, SHE SAID I HAD 12 MORE YEARS. I SAID HOW CAN I STAY THERE WITH THE RENT INCREASING $100 EACH YEAR; IN 12 YEARS MY RENT WOULD BE ABOUT $2000. I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WAS BEING PUSHED OUT BY THE HIGH RENT.
