This property is not what's it's all cracked up to be. I've been leaving here for 3 years and management has changed over 4 times, and NOT for the best!! Management is unprofessional, especially Danielle Daring
and maintenance sucks!! There are rodent problems, the up keep of the building is horrible. It's very noisy and the residents are dirty. There has been plenty of middle class people that have moved out because of the unprofessionalism and dirtyness. The rent is high to pay for a dirty building. Also, this building is turning into the projects, because SECTION 8 tenents all are through the building. So guaranteed $$$$ for rent is SECTION 8, because us hard working people refuse to live like this.
Take your money somewhere else!!
