This apartment complex really is the worst living experience I have ever had! They totally misled me and took advantage of me form the very beginning!
REASONS
1. I kept having things stolen from the apartment(come to find out it was the maintenence people)
2. There was lead in the water
3. Utility costs were through the roof (cost the same as my friend's 4 bedroom 2 bath house that was right down the street). It is so high because the windows and sliding glass door leak so your heat and air is on all the time
4. Another security flaw dealing with the windows (that can be found and done easily, but won't be mentioned as I don't want to get into trouble)
5. It was completely ghetto with rapists, drug dealers, and other questionable characters crawling all over.

If all that is not reason enough to not move here, come time of moving out.. they tried to charge me for what anyone would consider as normal wear and tear (they have completely omitted my pet deposit and are trying to take my security deposit and on top of that they are fining me an additional couple of hundred dollars)

FORGET THIS PLACE- I WOULD RATHER MOVE TO HELL!
