I have been at Rock glen for a long time, and over the years have seen a steady decline in the neighborhood and the residents. Cheryl miller and her staff are awesome!!! I have nothing but good things to say about her and maintenance and the general upkeep of the apartments. The complex is old, but they try to keep things well maintained. I have had no issues with maintenance, they usually resolve any issues within 24 hours.

BUT, the residents are another story. Drug dealers, criminals, thieves, people hanging out in the parking lots and hallways at night making noise or fighting. My car has been broken into and my stereo stolen, car was hit & run by teenagers doing drugs in the parking lot. I have also witnessed a drive-by shooting in the parking lot and also a young lady was stabbed almost to death.

It's suited my needs for several years, through school and trying to get on my feet. I will not be renewing my lease this year. I would recommend it for students and for anyone who will be there temporarily (1 year at the most), but for long term BEWARE. It's not the neighborhood it used to be be.
