It's an OK apartment

Rodgers Forge Apartment has great location and the overall environment is quite good. But the sound-proof is EXTREMELY bad. If you don't care about that, it's not a bad place to live.
The maintenance is a bit slow.
I reported two missing trims when I moved in and they are still not fixed yet. (Maybe they totally forgot about it)
Like I said in the title, it's just an OK apartment.
