We've lived at Rodgers Forge Apts. for almost three years now. We're very surprised to read of other residents reporting mice; we have never seen any mice in our apartment. (We have heard one row-house resident mention mice in his house.) The other residents in our building are quiet. Some times of the year a few crickets get into the apartment, and in the spring there are a few spiders, but nothing out of the ordinary. We feel safe in the neighborhood generally. The apartments are on the #11 bus, which is fairly reliable. The kitchen counter area is small; some apartments have an extra shelf built in along the wall. We've only had to call maintenance once, and they came almost right away. This is a no-frills, good place to live. Plus, the grounds are *beautiful* in the spring, and the neighbors are very friendly!
