Loved it but now every thing is changing

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
The best apt I've ever had but I also picked the best location in the complex. The apts are poorly soundproofed due to the hardwood floors and old construction (1949-1950). Old mgmt handled my sound problem just fine but new mgmt may not be as helpful. I did get 1 or 2 mice every winter, maintenance set out steel wool and I put out traps but I never caught any. Beautiful grounds and I LOVED the neighborhood, very safe. The kitchen is very small but I loved the quaint feel of the whole apt. Huge windows great for sunlight and cross ventilation. I was very sad when I had to move because the property was bought for condo renovation and I can't afford to buy my apartment.
