I don't recommedn these apartments or condos. There is absolutely no sound proofing. You can hear your neighbours phone conversations, TV, intimate noises etc.

These are good apartments for voyeurs. These are cheap / inexpensive apartments. This place is fast becomming a white ghetto.
The management office is the most unconcerned and careless i have seen in my entire life. Rodgers Forge is setting new lows in standards of service etc.

Over all very very bad but inexpensive.
