Been here since August. Location is great, close to shopping, schools Towson University etc.. Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking, ample closets.
Apartments are simple but have a lot of character. Hardwood floors, ample closets, big windows.
All utlities included except electric. Heat is nice and hot...

Yes, sound proofing is a bit of a problem, so look for an up stairs apartments. They are older apartments but the price is about the cheapest in the Towson area. $ apartments per building.
So far management has been OK.

The condition is ending. With new rent is sky high with no utility included. Not good any more.
