Not sound proof. Average 20 calls and 1 week wait for maintenance or never show up. Once you sign a lease they never care about you anymore. Trash bags everywhere.

Nothing has changed. Just talk to anyone who is over 21, not a student, not drunk or stoned. Just ask a resident.
