this place advertises free parking, there aint none to be found
I moved in less than a month ago and cant even able to park in
the parking lot at late in the afternoon.
When I toured the complex the bubbly blonde from the office promised that parking was not an issue, but obviously they'll say anything to hook you into a lease.

now on top of that they are letting people put those storages pods in the lot
that take up 2 to 3 parking spots making getting a parking spot even worse

and whenever you try to call to get an answer NO ONE ANSWERS...so whoever that katie b person is responding to all of these posts is obviously just trying to make this place sound better than it is

been here less than a month and already cant wait to get the hell out

Rodgers Forge went through some management changes right around the time of this post. Management can be easily reached at katieb@pmcpropertygroup.com or by phone at 410-377-6700. There are construction crews on-site as the property is undergoing renovations, however issues with noise from them have been dealt with. New and additional maintenance staff has been hired so trash and work orders are dealt with as quickly as possible. We've also added several new trash cans to the property. We are close to Towson University so students tend to like our apartment complex. Noise complaints can always be directed to your local police department. Problems with appliances should be directed to management.

numerous calls to the office and emails to the katieb email address with NO RESPONSE regarding this matter.

I live here and I called the office about it. The next day they put out notices on all the cars that they would tow anyone who was not a resident. They have been enforcing towing. They said that guests have to park on the streets and I think that is the problem, guests are parking in all the spaces-only residents with the parking tags can park in the lots. I would try to email or call the office again. They were helpful when I brought this to their attention.
