Rodger's Forge is located in a nice neighborhood. They are newly renovated and nice and clean. I couldn't ask for anything more! We have not had a single mice/bug problem. The floors are a bit thin because we can hear the people underneath of us but other than that I love it! I feel safe as can be living there. We haven't had any problem with the leasing office or maintenance. Maintenance comes right away if you have a problem. It is a bit expensive but I reccomend it 100%!

A more balanced perspective: the renovations have annoying little flaws, like plumbing fixtures not secured properly, loose trim, missing cabinet shelves. The dryer does not dry properly and still hasn't been fixed after 2 months. Unless it's an emergency, maintenance has been a mixed response. I also love the neighborhood. For the most part, I believe the management and maintenance staff are doing their best under difficult circumstances -- there is occupancy in renovated and unrenovated buildings to deal with, as well as ongoing renovations. I recognize and appreciate their efforts. But for the price we pay in rent, the owners should be providing more staff to manage the complex.

It really depends on what building you live in. My apartment is perfect, nothing wrong with plumbing or fixtures so I guess it's your apartment. I have not had a problem with maintenance yet. My boyfriend and I have been living there since August and maintenance has been here within a half hour so maybe it depends on the person. I have had nothing but pleasure from living here.

The apartment policy is going crazy, the rent is increased and no utility included, which usually is $200 or more each month, even you turn off everything, the utility meter still runs. The management should be responsible much more.

My neighbor upstairs is on Viagra. Everytime he uses the shower or flushes the toliet - WE KNOW IT. Maintenance has TWO SPEEDS - Slow and Stop. There has now been a problem with burglaries. Now what.
