My roommate and I moved into our newly renovated three bedroom apartment six weeks ago, and we absolutely LOVE it here! My apartment is by far the biggest one I toured in the area and great for the rent that we pay, and is close to everything (restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc.) The new kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous, all of the rooms are a great size, and I love being able to do laundry without having leave my place and pay for it.
As for maintenance, maybe I have been lucky but we've gotten nothing but great service from them. When we moved in on a Saturday, our air conditioner was broken, we had the vent covers missing on the vents in two of our bathrooms, and our keys did not open the deadbolt on our front door. I called the management office, talked to Katie right away, and all of these problems were fixed by Sunday morning. Parking on our court is sometimes hard to find if I come home after 10, but I've always been able to find close parking on the street. I would absolutely recommend Rodgers Forge to my friends!

This author is totally clueless. The three bedroom apartments are comparable in size with two bedroom apartments at other complexes. Can't wait to see the expression on her face when the BGE bill arrives.

I am not a staff member, like I've said before I am a Nursing student at Towson and work at GBMC. Just because some renters have had bad experiences with their apartments doesn't mean everyone here has. People who are looking here deserve to know both sides before they make their decision, and ours here has been great. I'm also glad that you both are so confident in your trashing of my opinion that you did so anonymously.
