The upside to Roland Ridge is that it is cheap, clean for the most part, free parking, and the management is nice. However, when it comes to rodents the management is inefficient and worthless. During Jan, Feb, and March we had racoons and squirrels in our attic. They frequently woke us up by running around and trying to dig holes through to our apartment. Despite persistent calls to management it took 3 months before the problem was fixed. 10 weeks ago I was sitting in our living room and saw a mouse run by. I immediately called management and have been doing so weekly since then, but the problem has STILL not been taken care of. We frequently find mouse feces on our counter, yet management has not taken care of the problem. When I called management last they told me that when you live in the city you just have to get used to rodents. I'm moving out of here as soon as my lease is up.
