They raised the rent!

The parking is horrendous, the closets are a nightmare of dry rotted wood and the mold in the bathroom has YET to be fixed. At Christmas they sent a community letter out talking about how they had a deal for people that had been there for a year or more. Well, my lease just came to a year and they raised the rent 30 dollars. While this is a great place to live, sometimes it makes me want to rip my hair out.
