I've been living here for over two years and for the first of those years, the mangagement was impeccable Recently this year, the management has changed. There are several people that are currently living here in this complex that are strongly discouraged to renew their lease at roland ridge. I have never experienced such hostile, prejudice behavior from a person that calls herself a property manager. However, everything else about living at this complex is optimal. It's such a shame that one person can have such a negative impact in a living environment.

I totally agree. I've lived here for over 2 years myself, and ever since the new property manager took over, I've been thinking of leaving. I don't know where Southern Management found her, but she has no concept of how to run an office, or an entire community for that matter. She has tried to put into place new Community rules that are both illegal in the city of Baltimore, and against my signed lease agreement.

I have lived in the community for over 2 years and while I haven't specifically dealt with the new manager, a friend who recently moved in has. It was disappointing to hear that within his first few weeks in the community he had a horrible taste in his mouth because of her. What's sad is that I have told my friends what a great place it is to live and how nice the management is...now I look like an idiot.

I just signed a least for next year with them. There was a guy and a woman named Amber in the office and both were helpful. Where is Rosario? Was she in the 4412 La Plata office?

I too have had the same experience. I have lived in the developement for over 10 years. We have had our share of issues and seen our share of property managers, however, the current property manager is by far and away the most disappointing. I have called the corporate office to complain and frankly, they could not care less. There are some good things about living in Roland Ridge, however unless you are lucky enough to be dealing with Amber, don't bother expressing your concerns; they will fall on deaf ears.
