My one year lease is ending soon and I couldn't be happier. To be honest, my experience here has been wonderful until recently. When I tried to renew my lease, she gave me a really hard time with issues I've never had to deal with in the past. Dealing with her has be grueling and even gave me a huge migraine. I've never met such a rude and unprofessional property manager. Just thinking about her makes me soooo angry!!! Bye Roland Ridge forever!!!

I think I'm dealing with the same problem...my lease expired in May, so I asked for a new rental agreement in April. It's now July, and I never did get a new rental agreement. I complained to Southern Management, but nothing happened. I'm going to continue to complain to Southern Management, as all of these recent reviews show a pattern with this new property manager.

I couldn't agree more. If Southern Management doesn't do something soon about this new property manager (R...rio) I hope they realize they are about to lose a lot of business.
