Decent place

I've lived at Roland Ridge for 2 years so far and I don't mind it so much. The rent is decent for the area. I've never seen any mice since here, however I've seen tiny spiders and a water bug once in a blue-Hey, keep your place clean and you'll be fine. The things I don't like are the BGE bill in the winter-it get high (to me at least)and of course if you use the central air a lot in the summer. the apartments are small, and parking SUCKS!! to get a good spot, you have to get home every day before 6:30pm or 7pm or else you end up parking somewhere away from your court and walking a lot-good exercise I guess :) Oh, you have to walk to a dumpster to get rid of your trash-could be a distance walking with trash-don't wait until your bag is full to take it out.
safety isn't an issue, mostly everyone here works and take their kids to school so it's a family/pet friendly neighborhood. There's a great mixture of people here, different cultures. It is very convenient to grocery stores, there's a a Superfresh nearby and a Giant at the Rotunda. The Light rail stop on Coldspring is near and 83 is near. As far as convenience, there is no problem with that at all. You are a few minutes from Penn Station, Downtown Baltimore and like 30mins. driving to towson. I think this is a good place for people who are saving or working towards buying a house-it's a good transitional place to live. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
