Its an Ok Apartment, some problems though

This place used to be inexpensive, but they've been jacking their rates up every year to the point where the small size is not worth the price. Apartments were built in the 60s, so they have some old appliances with that yellow stained fade(i think from the 80s). The walls are pretty thin to the point where I can hear my neighbors IM ring from their speakers or the bathroom fan turn on from the apartment below. Also, there's a glue factory on the other side of Cold Spring near the 83 entrance that releases some funky glue-smelling gasses on random nights. Parking is ok during the day, but horrendous if you get back past 9pm or so. They just installed some new lights to help with the safety. Its ok, but personally, I feel that its just not worth the price. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
