First, the 2 bedrooms here are a joke, the 2nd bedroom is a tiny square box. There are roaches, centipedes, milipedes, silverfish, pretty much any kind of long legged bug comes into our apartment, granted we are on the basement floor.
I work late into the evenings, so parking has sucked for me, I usually have to park down the street near the manufacturing plant.
Speaking of which, roland ridge makes money off having your car towed, which I found out the hard way. They contract out towing services, the towing company comes around 1-4am, checks your cars tags and if they're expired or anything is wrong, let's say a flat tire, they tow you and charge you over $300 . I see those people all the time at night, just waiting for another car to tow. And the glue factory, it release some toxic odor at night. I swear it must be illegal because it is potent.
Maintenance has been solid, very reliable. The office staff is pretty bad,though Amber's always been helpful, can't say much about the others though and yes lots of turnover, kind of makes you wonder why...
The apartments themselves are old, very old appliances and cabinets. Our cabinets had water molding, which is where the bugs come out every so often. They did just offer to have a spray down in my apartment, we'll see how effective that is.
My neighbors won't shut up either, I wouldn't mind the noise from their speakers if the walls had any insulation at all. Just sit in my living room and you can literally follow along with the movie they are playing.

Other than parking and towing company, I can't agree with any of your other complaints. I've been here since Sep '08. You are supposed to look for mold when you move in and they get rid of it. Then it's up to you to have a minimum clean up of your kitchen. Everywhere in Baltimore, mold can grow if it gets a chance. Just dry up wooden parts. The same with roaches. They have regular pesticide treatment, but again the most effective way is to keep clean. By the way dude, that's a packaging solutions company, not a glue factory! I'd complain to them about my neighbor if I were you.
