The floor boards in the apartment above mine creaks terribly when the people walk around. I have complained about it and nothing has been done about it. One tenant moved out in the middle of one month and another one moved right in without them fixing the creaking boards like they had promised. Maintenance fixes things when they feel like it. My dish washer still isn't working after being there for a year. Young people make out in the stairways. Old appliances, stained carpets, and leaking washers and dryers are a normal thing. When I first moved in to the original apartment, every time it rained, the second bedroom flooded. I had black bugs everywhere and it wasn't painted properly. I asked to be relocated to another apartment of which I had to pay for. Seems to me like they should have paid for my moving, but not.

I am a tenant now but plan to move. Maintenance is terrible. The new owners 2006 spend money on flowers and prettying up the outside to attract new tenants, but refuse to satisfy their present tenants. I have lived here 10 years and hate to move but I must. Bad bad service. poor management
