I have lived here for several yrs. I have had several floods. I still have mold in my bathrooms. I have had to leave my apartment for carbon monoxide. I have written this rental office on several occasions re: my neighbors nothing has been done. The people upstairs have had floods and now my walls still have not been fixed or checked for mold. Some of my outlets still don't work. That has been since I moved in. They raise your rent more then the usual 2% or 3% try $75.00 more a month sometimes even more then that. And emergancy maitance is a joke bc they only come out when they dont have anything else to do. You are bothering them. Maintance can not be certified in anything bc they installed a new kitchen floor and it has buckled, they riped our my carpet from one hall way and never came to put carpet strips down so it is tathered, my bathroom ceiling are for ever leaking from nail pops and from the fans.I have water in light fictures, no one has come to fix. Nothing has been fixed only bandaids. Please look else where save your self time and money and heartache. My car has been broken into several times.

Sounds like you need to be putting your rent in escrow until the repairs are made!!
