I've lived here for over 5 years. Maintenance has always been short staffed for as old as the buildings are they need more than 2 people to come out and fix your stuff. At least the new maintenance man was nice enough to send a memo and let us know how sorry he was that he couldn't get out in a timely manner to do repairs. That was a 1st and I very professional. The office staff is ok and very friendly its always clean here and I can't beat my space believe me I tried. One maintenance man can't do it all BE PATIENT.

they had to send out some kind of memo because they know they suck. thats why no one on the staff lives here because the even know maintenance sucks.
