We moved in May of 2008. It was ok for the first month. Then our a/c stopped working in June. We waited until almost the end of August to get our air fixed. Keep in mind, we live in a top floor apt., and everyone knows that heat rises. So it was completely unbearable. And here it is, a summer later and we have the same problem all over again, our air conditioning has not been working at all this summer. They have one person doing maintenance and he doesn't even live on-site. The management is horrible, they never answer the phone in the rental office. I had to complain to corporate for them to finally return my call. Most times I just have to walk around the rental office to complain. We have so many broken things in our apt. that we have called in months ago but have yet to be fixed. Also, it has become very ghetto around here. Some of my neighbors were having a cookout in the parking lot. They set up tables and everything in the parking spots. And on the fourth of july they were setting off fireworks in the courtyard. There are mice too, luckily we haven't had a serious problem with that though. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

these apts are so ghetto because they have a lot of section 8 in them. i thought the fire works were nice considering i was a part of it.... but to each its own. it is true they never answer the phone they just sit and watch it ring. this new manager is no better than the last.
