Well, I had to live somewhere in the interim while leasing my home to generate revenues. The apts are spacious and the design/layout is nice. The property management leaves much to be desired, however the grounds and maintenance staff do a great job keeping things nice. I had a major problem with SMOKERS below me and it seemed to be coming through the vents. The smell would wake me up in the morning, greet me at the door in the evening. FINALLY, a air filtering system was purchased but I had to practically threaten to get it! If the management took as good care of the inside of the buildings as they do the outside, this would be a wonderful place to reside. Bathrooms are in need of upgrades.
