First of all the office staff sucks!!! My g/f and I hve been trying to move to a different building on the first floor for about 3 months now and all the staff is doing is procrastinating, all because of our neighbors below us.. I feel like I have to walk on egg shells everytime I go from one room to the other in My OWN Apartment... Its hard for me to even play with my dog without hearing all the banging on the floor from our neighbors below. And the threats we get from them.... I can hear through the walls every which way.. Someone tried to break into our place one time.. I hear noises in the wall that sounds like it may be mice.. My g/f had her mirror knocked off her car and it was sitting in the middle of the parking lot... My towel rack in the bathroom fell of when I was putting my towel on it, I was told that it would be fixed in a day or two and it has been almost a month....
