Great for dogs...LEASH THE DAMN KIDS!

I pay over a thousand a month only to find out that every crackhead/drugdealer is infamously "sectioned 8"! Not only that, everytime I try to walk in my building or walk my dog (coming out), they're a million little kids hanging out in the hallways, on the front doorstep, they are everywhere! The kids are actually encouraged to play in the street! I pull in from work and I get molested by dozens of little kids that want to HARASS my dog. It is nice to know that I was bamboozled and conned into this place. I loved the look of my place only to hate it when I saw all of the unsupervised kids running rampant in Ross Ridge!
