my rent has been increased every year...i am paying $800 for a tiny one bedroom apt with a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling, water leaks, mice, a sink that backs up...and no repairs done whatsoever...i have complained many times to no avail. i have had to complain multiple times about loud neighbors with 2 large dogs that bark 24 hours a day, as well as a full size drum set. management has been absolutely no help. i was just sent a lease renewal for $756 only to find out that they "left out" charges and that my real rent would be $800...AFTER i had signed a lease stating $756! Do not ever come here, you will regret it, and i will be leaving as soon as my lease is up.
